Skilled hand layup in a dedicated clean-room environment, following your laminate schedule and component requirements.

Controlled temperature and pressure cycles to your specified cure requirements, with oven post-curing available where your process calls for it.

Dedicated trimmers and fitters take cured components through trimming, drilling and fitting to the requirements of your drawing.

Surface preparation and paint finishing can be included within the programme, providing a completed component ready for assembly.

Bonding, insert installation and final assembly bring every element together into a finished, inspected assembly ready for delivery.
